Parentline is working with community groups in a number of ways to identify the best way we can offer support and promote our services.

Parentline is visiting communities to create awareness of our services, distributing information directly to parents and carers, support agencies and organisations.

We have developed a range of targeted and culturally appropriate tip sheets, pamphlets, posters, wallet cards and other information items. We also advertise in the media.

Our visits include health centres, General Practitioners (GPs), child care providers, kindergartens, crèches, schools and other relevant services across Queensland.

Other community engagement is through country shows and sporting events, as well as community groups and networks.

We seek regular feedback from Parentline callers to ensure our service remains current and relevant to parents and carers.
