Web counselling lets you communicate one-on-one, real time with a Parentline counsellor.
It works in the same way as phone counselling, but takes place over the internet (web), and uses written communication rather than talking. Because of this, web counselling is best suited to people who are familiar with typing, or have access to voice recognition software.
There may be a queue to connect to a counsellor at peak times. You can tell on the login screen how many people are waiting so you can gauge the wait time.
Web counselling is open Tuesdays and Thursdays between 11am and 2pm.
